Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of Bonisimo Grouper from the Sea
- 1 piece of ginger of 2.5 cm approximately
- 20 g butter
- 30 mL of white wine
- Salt
Preparation:
- Place the Bonisimo del Mar grouper fillets in a baking dish. Grate the ginger and butter over them, sprinkle the wine over the mixture. Add salt to taste.
- Cover with plastic wrap. Bake for approximately eight minutes in the microwave.
- Carefully remove and serve hot. Enjoy!
Note:Can be prepared with other varieties of Bonisimo del Mar fish, including Bonisimo del Mar Robalo, Bonisimo del Mar Grouper, Bonisimo del Mar Salmon, Tilapia Fillet, Basa Fillet, etc.
