Spicy Edamame

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of Edamame Bonisimo Foods with or without pods
  • Sriracha Sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water for boiling

 

Preparation:

  1. In a pot, boil water with plenty of salt. When it boils, add the edamame and let them cook for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a very hot frying pan, pour a couple of tablespoons of oil and add the edamame. Season with a pinch of salt, half a tablespoon of sriracha sauce, a tablespoon of soy sauce and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Sauté for a couple of minutes in the pan until lightly browned. The best snack!
