- 200 g of Edamame Bonisimo Foods with or without pods
- Sriracha Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Water for boiling
- In a pot, boil water with plenty of salt. When it boils, add the edamame and let them cook for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a very hot frying pan, pour a couple of tablespoons of oil and add the edamame. Season with a pinch of salt, half a tablespoon of sriracha sauce, a tablespoon of soy sauce and freshly ground pepper.
- Sauté for a couple of minutes in the pan until lightly browned. The best snack!
