Amethyst Seafood Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of Mariscada Bonisimo del Mar
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 500 mL of white wine

Preparation:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for two minutes.
  2. Add the white wine and garlic. Let it reduce to half its volume.
  3. Pour in the water, heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the Mariscada Bonisimo del Mar. Let them cook for ten more minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
