Ingredients:
- 1 kg of Mariscada Bonisimo del Mar
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 500 mL of white wine
Preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for two minutes.
- Add the white wine and garlic. Let it reduce to half its volume.
- Pour in the water, heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the Mariscada Bonisimo del Mar. Let them cook for ten more minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
