- ½ kilo of Don Chiapas Shrimp
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- Mix well the honey, the soy sauce and the previously peeled and crushed garlic. Put the Don Chiapas shrimp in an airtight bag with half of the previous mixture. Shake to make sure the sauce covers all the shrimp and put the bag in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- After this time, we put a dash of oil to heat in a large frying pan. Remove the Don Chiapas Shrimp from the bag and drain, trying to remove as much of the marinade as possible.
- Add the Don Chiapas Shrimp and fry them for approximately 1 minute on each side, add the other half of the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove and serve with the sauce, delicious! Enjoy!
