Ingredients for 4 persons
- ¼ onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ red bell bell pepper
- 200 gr of Don Chiapas shrimp
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup rice
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon salt
Preparation:
- Cut the onion into small pieces and finely chop the garlic. We put in a frying pan a tablespoon of oil and fry them, let them cook and then add the bell pepper without seeds and cut into thin strips.
- When we have it half sautéed, we incorporate all this to a casserole with a spoonful of oil, we add the shrimps without the shell, we season it, we stir all the ingredients so that they take all the flavor and finish cooking.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with the wine, mix well and wait for the wine to evaporate, reserving it for later. In another casserole, fry the rice with a little oil, until it gets a little color.
- Add the cooked shrimp and tomatoes to the rice, stir and add the chicken broth. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and let it finish cooking. Serve the rice with the shrimp and enjoy!
