Ingredients:
- 400 g wheat flour
- 1 sachet of dry baker’s yeast
- 150 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 g Butter
- Salt a pinch
- 30 g Tomato sauce
- 200 g Fresh Mozzarella
- 250 g Bonisimo del Mar Salmon
- 100 g Brie cheese
- Fresh dill to taste
- Dried oregano to taste
Preparation:
- We prepare the pizza dough. If you do not want to knead, you can use a refrigerated or frozen base that you have bought.
- On the pizza base, spread the two tablespoons of tomato sauce, helping us with the back of a spoon to spread it well, but leaving a little dough on the edge without covering it.
- Then add the mozzarella cheese, pinching the ball to divide it into irregular pieces, which we spread over the entire surface.
- With the Bonisimo del Mar Salmon, cut the loin into pieces. The pieces should be approximately one cm on each side so that they are cooked to perfection. Do not make them too small or they will dry out.
- Cut the brie cheese into slices and then divide them into two or three pieces.
- Divide the Bonisimo del Mar Salmon and the cheese filling the holes and sprinkle with plenty of chopped dill that will aromatize the pizza in an incredible way.
- Bake at 230º for 15 minutes or until the edge of the bread is well toasted. Enjoy!
